I think you have a file permissions problem, you can try the following steps.
1. You must login into your computer with your Administrators account. Make sure you have administrative rights also. You need this to see all hidden files and folders.
Now:
- Go to Start Button select Settings and continue to your Control Panel.
- find the Icon named Folder Options - Double-click on it .
- Select the View Tab and go to the Advanced Settings.
- Make sure that the option Show Your hidden files and folders in the option Show box must be checked. If not - select all. then OK
This is one solution.
Second solution.
It is common that the installer is not copying the data from the disks during the installation process.
The fix: Create a new folder on your desktop and call it WoWExpCDs. Now, you must copy all disks one by one into this folder using copy-paste from your windows explorer. If asked "replace existing files" select yes.
Finally, run the installer from the new folder. Should work.
Peace!
