Burnout Paradise: The ultimate box PC Issue

Allright, so I got Burnout paradise PC today, and was VERY exited... =D

...Until it said:

Can't run game
Not found:GL:5538

so what is this? I have tried EA help, but it was rubbish.
I have no idea what that is, trial ver. worked perfectly, and i have required system.

Please answer back FAST!!!!!

The problem of such error reports is that only the developers know what they mean.
Did you change anything on your pc between your use of the trial version and the installation of the full version? For example installed another program, etc.

Sounds like your trying to run it with either a very old GFX card or an integrated one that doesn't support "newish" OpenGl extensions.
Either way try updating your drivers for the hell of it but your pretty much screwed.

I'm with HD0087. GL is probably referring to OpenGL which deals with the Video Driver.

No, i haven't installed any new programs or changed anything.

My video card is Nvidia 8600 GT, which is supported, i think :/

Windows vista home premium
AMD athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 3800+ 2,01GHz
RAM 2Gb
NVidia GeForce 8600 GT

Maybe it does not like Vista. Try running it under XP
