Unhappy Empire Earth Problem

Well, recently, I installed EE on my machine, After realizing my disk was all scratched up, I bought a new copy. unfortunatly for me, I deleted the files, so now when I put the disk in I cannot Install, it instead takes me to the Repair/Remove screen, and I can't do either, and if I got to add/remove programs, it reverts me back to the screen, anyone have this problem before, and anyone know how I can fix it?

P.S. I have no idea how to change a registry if it comes to that so a quick tutorial would be great IF i have to. thanks in advance.

This program should fix all your issues: TuneUp America - TuneUp Utilities 2009

Just use the trailversion and then run 1 click maintanence. Good luck

Ok, used Ccleaner, but the weirdist thing happens, the file which is in the registry, gets deleted, then when I try to reinstall/uninstall, it (the file) comes back, I've used both Ccleaner and deleted it manually, still wont work

Did you check your pc for malware? Cause it seems your registry is f*cked.
