You have to got to 'My Controls' and "my Avator' or 'Avator' something or other, and you cant upload a pic onto GH, it has to be a HTTP link to another server where your avator is

If you want to upload a small image, you can upload to www.grafitti.com i think, please correct me if i am wrong someone
