The .nfo file says "Go to Options/Cheat Codes and enter one of the following codes:"
but I couldn't find Cheat Codes under Options (in the game) menu.
This is my 1st time using cheat codes. Just want to find out how this whole thing works but it didn't seem to be that easy to figure out :P
Thanks

I really don't think it's illegal with THOSE kinds of .nfos.
When the warez-groups releases some cheats for a game, they distribute them as an .nfo.
Terminator 3: Sorry mate, can't help ya with that.

It's really not hard, just flip through the menu until you get cheat codes and hit enter. It isn't in the options.

I think I got it :P You (except Slinky) must mean my question is so illegal to this forum (right ?) or the nfo file I used is illegal maybe ?
I've read the forum rules and I didn't see any rule saying that I can't post such question or use such file (especially it's the file I downloaded from this site)
If you see I'm totally lost from what you mean, please correct

I don't really think editing a .nfo file is illegal. Cheats are not forbiden here. Everyone like to cheat here and there!

Hey guys, calm down. This isn't illegal in any way, shape or form. Nor is it against the forum rules.
A .nfo is merely a text file. Nothing more, nothing less.
As for your question Terminator3, I do not have MC2 for the PC, so can't help you out, sorry.
