FX 5900 and 300w power supply??

hey guys
i ordered a asus v9950td and now iam worring that it would suck with my 300watt power supply
i hope it wont

my specs:
Barton@2,2ghz
twinmos 3200 ram
one hdd and one dvd drive that souldnt kill the power supply

you need at least 350watts

if the powersupply is good quality it should work although its recommended to use 300+

i had a crappy 350w ps and it wouldnt work had to get a 400w

i was an 3dfx fan from the beginnig and now i turned to nvidia(they bought 3dfx... but u know)), i dont give a f**k about those benchmarks hl2 will rock on this card and thats for sure
