2GHz BUS ay poorping, I think you mean 500MHz FSB, 1GHz BUS speed
And who is the one claiming 10GHz clock speeds in 3 months *shakes head* All hardware i'm currently running is low end cheap entry level equipment. Epox 8RDA+ Athlon 2000+ 1.667GHz @ 2.300GHZ (200x11) vcore 1.875 256MB Generic DDR266 PC2100 RAM 7-3-3-2.5 @ DDR33 PC2700 7-3-3-3.0 And the rest isn't worth mentioning. Running boxed heatsink/fan with temps around 60C witch isn't to bad considering the climate here (australia) getting some Corsair PC3500 DDR434 6-2-2-2 and a coolmaster aero 7+ soon, then i'll be hitting 2.5GHz |

As for O O O O OWNED!!! heh, I've been testing this machine since I bought it, a typo is what that is, would 11.5x200 make you feel happier, And FYI, tooltestCPU that bullshit fractal thing, generated around 600,000 fractals in 48 hours, it claims CPU stability if the app runs 12 hours without crashing, dnetc for 15 minutes and she goes down.
Best stable speed i've found has been 2.170GHz (10x217) haven’t tested anything above that as thoroughly as I tested 2.3GHz. we'll see  |

i usually clock my p4 2.8 to like 3.08. sometimes ill boost it up to around 3.4. i just use my mobo's simple overclocking feature. the asus p4p800 deluxe is easy. it runs a bit hot at 3.4 ghz though. like 144F. at 3.08 it runs at like 119F

I'm a lousy Overclocker...maybe I should have waited for the watercooler before running it or so. Well, I got a P4 2.66 running 2.66 and a 2.8 ( i think it was 2.8) and it's black and chillin.....

Amd Athlon xp 2400+ @ 14×166=2338 MHz (hmzz swaped it for a amd xp2600) Abit NF7-S rev 2.0 Kingston 2×256 mb pc 2700 (dual channel) Ati radeon 9700 Pro (after bios flash ;) Soundblaster live 1024 Player , maybe i'll use the onboard one.
