Not sure if I understood your problem correctly here...but to me it sounds like the problem is your CPU. At least if it is the one with a 333 MhZ FSB. Is it a Thoroughbred 333 MhZ CPU you have?
I had nothing but trouble with my 2600+ 333 FSB on exactly the same motherboard, because - to my knowledge in fact it doesn't support these CPU's (Well Soltek support says so BUT they're notoriously uninformed).
You can get everything running - and STABLE - by increasing ChipSkew to 400 in Bios. Worked for me - give it a try.
