Will Rock

I have never used a trainer before and want to use it for Will Rock. I really need a step by step guide as far as how to use it. I would appreciate any help.....Thank You.

1 download trainer
2 extract trainer (unzip or unrar)to folder of game or to desktop depending on instructions
3 if to game folder I make a shortcut to my desktop
4 run trainer
5 run game
that should work in most cases
