Problems with RotK

Hi, I have a problem with my Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.
Each time I make it through the first level, right after the movie where Gandalf says "now the battle for middle-earth has begun"
the game crashes with some stupid ass error... Can anyone help me with this little problem.... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate my computer.......sometimes...........
