Why screenshots from old games dont work?

All screenshots for games before 2001 dont work.Can it be fixed?

Try using the program called hypersnap (dx) , you should be able to get a share version on download.com wich you can use for 30days (then reinstall and you can use it again

)

And Hell-slayer I used 2 make tons of Q3 screenies with it so give it a try and good luck people

If your question is related to our gallery, the reason why most of the screenshots for games before 2001 are missing is that we've had a major crash in 2001 and we basically lost all our archive

I try to re-add some old screens when I have time, but it's a time-consuming process.

If you wanna know how to grab screens for older games, hypersnap will work fine for all win32 games. For DOS games, there are some good soft for that too (but you can forget it if you have winxp)

You can also press "Print Scrn" on keyboard, minimalize game, and use Paste option in MS Paint

Many games have PrintScreen option in different keys, like F12 or CTRL+P
