How to convert swf....

How do I convert a regular swf file to a jpg?
My homepage wont allow me to put swf files on the site so I sent it to my email but the name extension was not allowed by the GH board.

It's easaly (spelled correct?) done in photoshop (save for web)
But i guess there must be other ways aswell
So people if ya know more tell em

I tried opening the file photshop but no luck there.

Any more suggestions? I had already tried xpendables suggestion be4.

if it's animated then a jpg won't work. if it isn't, open it, print screen, put it into paint / photoshop / word / whatever, crop it, save as jpg. easy!

okay....its animated....my question was....: How can i convery a swf into ANYTHING ELSE BUT SWF???

If you want it still animated, you need to convert it to a .gif, and i dont know how to do that myself.

hmm... i looked around and apparently if you have the source file flash should let you export it to a gif.
