2 Patch Problems/Questions

1. The Dx2 patch seems to have 'worn off'. In-game, its no longer updated to V1.1 and the fix for the game minimizing in taskbar between loading no loner works. After first installed, this problem was fixed, but has now returned. Any info/advice on this?

2. What exactly is the Mafia patch 1.2 for? I can find no details other than it updates the English version of Mafia 1.1 patch (which was essentially useless). Its lists no additional game or original patch fixes. I need info on this when possible, from those who know.
