Need for Speed Underground

I have bought NFS Underground, installed it but it just won't start ! The screen turns black in a few seconds then I'm thrown back to the desktop. If anyone have the same experience and solved it, please advice.

My system is a Pentium 4 3 Ghz, ATI Radeon 9700 Pro, 1024Ram

If you are refering to a No-CD crack, they are illegal by some countries law, no-one post a link to them.

Well since you bought the game try installin new drivers for your graphic card
SW-KotoR wouldn't run at my PC but now that I have installed new drivers the game runs great.
It's always worth a try to install the latest drivers.

I think Lithuania may have been trying to say patch;you probably need a patch to get the game to work.I know that I did.
