Need for speed underground

Hey i have need for speed underground on PC and i can't turn on croweds, motion blur, and car headlights... why is this? is there a update i must get? please help.

since i don't know ur current spec. so, i guess probably ur graphic card doesn't support the features inside the game. :thumbup:
