Still COD probs

Well i have COD for a few months now and it rocks, but i stopt playing it.
Because it has this strange error, sometimes after playing for about ten minutes or something like that the game totaly stucks, no movement, WTF
I have the ATI fixcrash and Catalyst 3.10, but still it crashes
My system is p4 2600
512 mb ram
ATI Radeon 9600pro(i know thats the prob).
please help or something

Hi I have one problem too with CoD problem too if I go in multiplayer and I want join too some server comes one window and tells ERROR:CD-key in use please try reconnection later you have same problm or
somting else If you know solution then PLZ!!!help and I try find soltion to your problem????????

HI Same problem!!If I have played COD sometimes then computer do restart !Just i want shoot some enemy then computer do restart I just dont know what do do???

BUT if i find a solution then I tell you too??!!!

hey well turn down the model textures to high or normal for a 128 mb card and even possibly for a 256 mb card ive heard needs it done and do the same with the general textures option in performance to high or normal. this might fix your crashes but it also helps the freakin generic mouse stutter problem for example your moving your mouse left or right on a certain board in cod and it stutters a little bit each time this will help.
u might even b able to put general to extreme and model to high and have no stuttering thats wht i do usually adn get hardly any stuttering at all.
if u got a ati card well like u said hellslayer its y u r gettin the crashes from the drivers and or the card by ati prob the drivers they have had a big prob with them and cod but get 3.10's which i think u got already anyway!

the 256 mb cards regardles whether its a freakin weak geforce 5200 ultra or a radeon 9800 pro 256mb can handle the extra textures for models and general better cause of there 256 mb of video memory. but 128 mb and less should put models on high or normal and general on high, normal, or extra!

i got mine on high for models and extra for general but little stutter when playin online with extra on certain boars especially the snow one which i forget wht its called! so i might goto high for general too multiplayer wise!

If you have a copy then you wont be allowed to play multi. Besides, the admins dont like talk about pirated versions anyhow.

I had hangup problems as well, I've got an ATI radeon 9500 and athlon 2600 processor with 512 ram. Your specs are fine, and don't need to turn down the graphics too much.

To fic my prob I had to uninstall my catalyst drivers version 3.9 and 3.10 - BOTH!! and instead install drivers 3.7.

Try this, the ati website does state that the 3.10 drivers do fix the problem, but 3.7 are guaranteed to work.
