help with ac3 in wav

can anyone please help i would appriciate it very much
i got an external dts decoder of creative (inspire 5500 digital)
and i can play ac3 files in dolby digital and divx movies in dolby digital
but i downloaded some wav that supposibly are in ac3 and all i hear is static
i tryed winamp with ac3 decoder no good media player bsplayer and creative media center and none seems to work
if anyone could help please do :-)

try getting ac3filter_0_70b.exe, or a newer version if one has been made

that might work
