Posting Pictures

Can somebody send me in the right direction to posting pictures in these fourms?

Hi.

You will need to get some webspace. There are many sites that give you this, just go to google and search.

You will then need to upload your image to your webspace.

You will then need to link to your image by using the IMG tags which are available at the top of every new post.

By the way ... What are good and fast loading files sizes? And Deminsions for these fourms? I have no clue. That was my first pic i posted. I just need some rough estimates on file sizes and deminsions.
