Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix - Multiplayer

Hey guys I'm wanting to know if someone knows anymore commands when your hosting a game in Soldier of Fortune 2. I cannot find a list of commands at all.... I know I can type "status" and get the a list of gamers on my server and I know how to kick someone with /kick

What I'm wanting to know is there some place that explains the options of Hosting a game more indepth.

The Manual only talks about the options before you launch the game.
What I'm wanting to know is there a way to join a game you are hosting without loading up a new SOF2 Mulitplay app. again. If anyone could help I would be very grateful.....
