Well first of all how much did that card set you back? If you gonna dish out the cash for a new card for the next gen games like alot of gamers are doing now it only makes sense to upgrade MB soo u can get full use out of the card. Did you just find out after u bought the card that MB was only agp 4x and 64 ram or did u always know? I am no expert but i don't think the performance will be very good because your MB is holding back the card --- i'm suprised it actually will work with a mb with only 4x agp and 64 mb ram. If i were u man if u got the cash get a mb with 8x agp and etc. it will help in the long run. Asus P4P800 is a good choice and so is alot of gigabyte models and etc. but go with asus :thumbup:

i would suggest you buy a new mobo!!!!!!
But do you have a AMD or a INTEL processor???
