wot the best pc you can buy for around 500 pounds?

my pc is really turd and i like spend 400 pounds or more on it, wot the best pc i get for that, and if not wots the best motherboard i could get??? oh and can overheating cause slow down in games , in like FPS etc.

I think you are going to have to save more money to get an entire pc. For 120 pounds (more or less, haven't checked the price lately), you can get the best motherboard around. the Abit KV8-Max3 (AMD), or the Abit IC7-Max3 (Intel)
