is this a good motherboard, and are these good spec

Midi Tower watts ATX Case [350watts]+ Transparent Window

Processor :- PENTIUM 4 3.2 GHZ+
Motherboard :- Asus P4S800 [8X AGP/USB2.0]
Memory :- 1024mb PC 3200 DDR 400
Hard Drive :- 160GB with 7200rpm
Graphics Card :- 256mb Radeon 9200 +TV Out+8X
Drives :- 16x DVD ROM [ With Power DVD]
Drives :- 52X CD WRITER + BURNING ROM

are these good enough to play top games like raven shield and call of duty etc?

yeah the motherboard is fine. the rest is very good too, but you'll want to replace that videocard, because it's a serious bottleneck. it'll be fine for most games, but your system deserves a better videocard

yeah, that 9200 card is nothin but pure crap-i think they sell em for like 50 bucks in stores now! you need to R300 type or higher (r9700-9800)

u can get a 9800pro in a very good price these days
put that one and then u'll have a super machin ;)
