Please help

I've just purchased TCM 2004 and when I try to install it , it always crashes on the same file : "a problem occured when trying to transfer the file data/templatefiles/images/set1/day/loge.TGA". When I try to install it on another computer everything went OK. Is ther some problem with my computer or do I need to install some program. Thanks!

Ok well only advice I can give you is first off make sure your computer meets all the system requirements but not just meet they should exceed. And disable any anti-virus software as you are installing it has been known on rare occations that anti virus software can someitmes prevent certain files from being transferred. Also did you install the game in a folder you created or did you leave it to install in the default directory? Hope this kinda helps really your best bet is to check the online technical support and report the problem or check the settings etc. on the computer it worked on and try to compare to see what problem your computer is having.

the problem should be related to your cdrom. try a different one and im sure it'll work fine

Or get a bigger HDD
