Then I opend instalatsion pogram everythig goes nice until pogram needs to create gozilla folder in program files , that takes a little bit time and then ... comes one window that tells Unable to make program files-\gozilla\gozillla !Acces deneid!! What should I do!!??

is this the only program you're having this problem with? if so try a different download manager, there are like 2394902343 of them, so it shouldnt be hard to find another good one.
