conan crashing

Hi can anyone help me,my game Conan crashes back to the desktop with no error messages,it starts ok,it gets to the loading frame and it looks like it has loaded to 100% then reverts back to the desktop.
Running XP pro
Geforce 4MX 128 bit
1.5 processor
800 ram

please help!!
