Problem with Far Cry

Hello everyone.
My problem goes like this : after i had updated far cry to v1.1, i could'nt enter the game,
cause when i do, on the screen appears the picture with the man and the woman,
and after that, there's a white screen, and it doesnt go anywhere from here.
Everything was working OK before the update.

Any suggustions? :Oo:

well it should work if you have a storebought copy..

try reinstalling the game without the patch

if you have cracked the game that may happen. Search for a version 1.1 crack.(www.gamecopyworld.com -you havent read this ok? :P ) Otherwise try re-installing or updating your graphic card drivers.

there isnt a v1.1 crack for this game yet..
so the problem still reamins.

And since im already here, can you tell me which card is better - Voodoo 4500 AGP or RIVA TNT 2 ?
That has nothing to do with my computer (thank god), but my sister's.
The OS is Windows XP PRO.

Id go with the tnt2, my first ever card was a voodoo and i still think they where awesome (great memories :francesco: shame they dont do much nowadays) i had a tnt2 with capture and it was one of the worst cards but im pretty sure u can get the latest drivers for it (even though they wont work on pretty much any game that was made in the last 3 years) so i'd go with that.

Oh yeah, BUY LEGAL GAMES!!!!
