CoD 1.3 patch

Im just a n00b, but I was wondering if anyone had the same problem as me.
Whenever I play the CoD 1.3 multiplayer patch a few times, it crashes, and CoD multiplayer wont launch again.
I have reinstalled twice to have the same problem

As for comp capabilities, it ran fine with 1.1 and 1.2

I cant say that im an experienced person, but as for me the game crashed when i used 1.2 patch. I think that its rather cause of graphic card or drivers. I have a hercules 9600pro and when the game crashed VPU RECOVERY (sort of video recovery) turned on, ahd whole graphics were messed up and hat to restart. And once the game crashed just after I connected to serwer, i could play SP all eternity, but the game closes just after i play MP...

I dunno man , fight...
