problem with [crystal key 2 ]

well ive installed the game - installation was fine with no errors ....the game starts , passes through intro titles
and when i click on start the new game - game quits and returns me to desktop
if any body can help me out with this problem

My system specs are as ;
p4 - 2.4 ghz
256 mb ram
gforce fx 5200 - 128 mb ddr
