Does anybody know how to change reticule for sniper rifle NO 4

You might already know this but, there is an option to change the reticule's color to what you wish.

No no not the crosshair color but the scope for the sniper rifle. That thing when you look through a sniper rifle than you see a cross that thing i want to change.
Coz german sniper rifle in ww2 had this kind of aiming scope T-style but the allied scope was + like style.
