Yes, I love my MX510. Its the most comfortable mouse I have ever used! All the extra buttons help ALOT also. The only difference between the 500 and the 700 is that the 700 is cordless. As you can see below the 510 has better IP and Accel then both. How about next time you actuall visit the logitech site insted of being lazy? ;)
MX500: Image Processing: 4.7 megapixels/sec Resolution: 800 dpi Acceleration: 10g Speed: 40 inches/sec MX510: Image Processing: 5.8 megapixels/sec Resolution: 800 dpi Acceleration: 15g Speed: 40 inches/sec MX700: Image Processing: 4.7 megapixels/sec Resolution: 800 dpi Acceleration: 10g Speed: 40 inches/sec PS: The most accurate mouse for gaming is actually the Razor series by Razor... They have the best dpi but are all usually ball mice so they need to be cleaned often and dont offer the nice smoothness of a laser mouse. Razor's only optical has better dpi but not as good IP or Accel then the 510. |

its specs are just like MX700 so is bluetooth the only difference there ?

i've heard a few people saying the mx900 more or less sucks, so i don't think the bluetooth feature is that much to your advantage.. i've been happy with my mx700 for a long time, but while the mx510 offers somewhat better specs i do prefer to not have that damn cord.
