Does anyone know how to fix the codec problem in metal gear solid 2 substacne for pc, the problem is the codec character pics are all staic

What videocard are you running? If your using an ATI based videocard you need to update the game to the most recent patch.

try downing the indeo and Divx Codecs (newest version)!! ;)
