War Of The Ring

When i first install LOTR: War of the ring there was no problem i could hear all sound fx and etc. but several days past and suddenly the game's sound fx went off strangely there is no problem in game's musics i can hear musics there is no sound fx so i uninstall the game and i clean up all files related with war of the ring game and re-install it again but it didnt work still theres no sound fx can't understand why and i dont know what to do please help me with this problem I'll be glad if you help... PLEEEEEEEEEEEAAAZZZZEEE
