Paintshop Pro is not that big d00d Photoshop is approximatelly 150 mb, i suggest a download prog with which u can resume!! ;) :thumbup:

Since you only have 38.8 i suggest Not making the Sign urself, otherwise you'll be still downloading
a year after now(not realy but still......it shall take loooooooong )

with 38.8 your limited to two options:

a) get someone else here to do it (Xpendable & White Dragon seem keen photoshopper's with a bit of skill).

B) by the software in a shop, but be prepared to spend quite a bit of money.
