download servers and files

today i went to download another file from this site (soldiers of WWII demo[or similarly named]) and after sifting through some of the servers that wouldn't work i managed to download it from the greece sever but at aver slow rate(4kbs-13kbs avg) and it's over 200megs so it took a little while and once again the file was corrupted

this is no the first time it's happened and i'm coming across it more often (paticularly the UK server) (both problems) is there some trick to fixing the file (winrar can never do it)

is anybody else getting this problem?

also thought i'd let the administration know

Well, it happened to me a few times also, but I did not want to rant about it, because as we all know everything here is for free! ;)

Yeah.. lately I've gone elsewhere for files due to crappy servers and corruptions

I have never had any of the above problems unless the mirrors were close to full. Post a link so I can see what you are talking about

You're not a true Gh fan if you go somewhere else for downloads... tsk tsk.

Anyway, I haven't been getting these problems lately...

I could never get higher than 10kbps from gh. So i don't depend on gh for my files

i know every thing free but it does help if you let the admins know because it's getting more common and i don't go any where else for my downloads unless i'm desperate

i can't remember what server i use every time but i use britain the most but can't really remember waht mirrior for what file cos i do abit of downloading

ok monkey boy i tried downloading this but the united kingdom server wouldn't start, then i got it from greece and that was corrupt then i think i got it from the netherlands and that worked

why dont u download from the netherlands server its pretty fast to me even though im in the u.s.
