memory timings

im tyring to figure out the memory timings on my ram and which number goes with which... it says on the RAM 2.5-3-3-6, also, ive seen it written 2.5-6-3-3, iknow cas latency=2.5, but the rest on confused.. does it go like this 3=T(RP), 3=T(RCD), 6=T(RAS) ? here's my ram for my information http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc....ufactory=BROWSE
