Hey all. i was wondering if u could help with some shit 2 do with my pc.?
Specs:
Athlon 2800+
Geforce FX 5700 256mb
768 DDR400

Will this system run doom3 or halflife 2? i juss got this ram rite to replace my 768 of ddr266, an it didnt really do much more for benchmarking n shit. 3dmark2003 only gets like 2000. Is it possible to have ure ram not running at the rite speed cus of a new motherboard or something like is there a switch 2 run it at 400 or something in bios.i think i saw something sayin that my ram was running at 64 instead of 400. now with my card. sometimes it says its core clock an memory clock are round 50 or somethin when its meant 2 b 400 also. is there a reason for that? umm whatelse. ah yes. running ddr266 ram with ddr400 slow down, like does the ddr400 underclock to 266 also?an will i need more ddr for d3 or hl2. please try an help with anythin u can i needa kno soon. thanks guys.

wen the demo comes out run it in ultra settings, if it runs jerky, then panic run as fast as you can to the nearesat 9800xt store :thumbup:

It'll run absolutely fine on high quality (doom3).

Because i live in the uk and id said that it will be released shortly after the release of doom3 in the US. So why not have the demo before the game? :P
