it depends on nvidia's driver team i guess. nvidia cards aren't that fast with 4xAA, but ati is. the 6800 gt has loads of raw power though, and with the excellent drivers you can usually expect performance boosts in most new and popular games

Hmm...I am actually ordering parts for my new system and I was planning on going with an X800 Pro...I've had a GF3 for 3 years and have been happy with it, but something about ATI makes me want to go with them, smaller less resource hog graphics card, and also better image quality. Now you are making me think I shouldn't go with it, but the things I just listed seem logical, especially the better image quality on certain things, as well as the better performance with aa and af turned on.
