Hi,
I am in the cavern/cave... after hell ;) There is this crane.. I climb up into it... I can swing these boxes and stuff left and right... Left and right are fire hells holes in the cave. What am I supposed to do here ? Maybe I need to rotate the crane to the right.. then climb back down again and do something ? ;) I haven't tried that yet... Lol.. what a bore such a crane ![]() Any help is appreciated... Getting stuck at doom 3 is funny but also sucks ![]() ( Little voice inside my head screams: noooooooooo )Bye, Skybuck |

Oh I figured it out... one was to crawl on top of the crane and then walk over the crane to the other side.
I guess I just missed that ladder on the crane itself outside on the right... maybe it was to dark or I just didn't notice it... Anyway this time I did notice it very clearly by using this insane low graphics file lol If you want to see how ugly doom 3 can get then store these lines in a file called "InsaneLow.cfg" and then in the console type: Exec InsaneLow.cfg set image_ignoreHighQuality "1" set image_downSizeBumpLimit "512" set image_downSizeBump "1" set image_downSizeSpecularLimit "64" set image_downSizeSpecular "1" set image_downSizeLimit "512" set image_downSize "1" set image_forceDownSize "1" set image_lodbias "2" set image_anisotropy "0" set image_filter "GL_LINEAR_MIPMAP_NEAREST" set image_roundDown "1" set image_useCache "1" set image_cacheMegs "64" set image_cacheMinK "4096" set image_useCompression "1" set image_useNormalCompression "1" set r_preload "1" set r_skipBump "1" set r_skipSpecular "1" set r_skipOverlays "1" set r_skipFogLights "1" set r_skipPostProcess "1" set r_skipBlendLights "1" set r_skipDynamicTextures "1" set r_skipMegaTexture "1" set r_skipTranslucent "1" set r_shadows "0" set r_useOptimizedShadows "1" set r_useTurboShadow "1" set g_bloodEffects "0" set g_decals "0" set g_showBrass "0" set g_muzzleFlash "0" set g_doublevision "0" set g_showPlayerShadow "0" set g_skipFX "1" set g_skipViewEffects "1" set g_skipParticles "1" set g_projectileLights "0" set g_doublevision "0" set ui_showGun "0" I will now make a reasonable config file ;) ![]() P.S.: I don't think insane low helps much for frame rate speed ;) Though more testing has to be done... maybe I ll switch configs during gameplay ;) |

I just made a medium.cfg file ;)
