just wanted to start this poll to see peoples comments and thoughts. Dont know which to get! radeon x800xt scored 92% in pcgamer magazine because it scored higher in most games compared to geforce 6800 ultra which scored 90%. Also I read that it has better picture quality and is better than geforce when aa and so on is switched on. Also the fact you need a 480 watt power supply puts me off buying one as they cost alot.

O and the fact that NVIDIA's drivers have gone down the shithole and ATis are fast, stable, and smooth as a baby's behind?(the 4.5 BEta drivers were more stable then the 61.xx during the 6800vX800 intial benchmarks, any reviewer that commented on the drivers said ATi has finally taken the driver lead)

I prefer ATI cards, its what I've always used. ATI always seems to be on the top of the graphics heap lately, too. Plus they're giving me free half-life 2.

Nvidia has some hold, Money, Advertising(claiming games liuke Ut2k4 run better when thye don't), slightly better opengl and old engine peromance, worse drivers, and lower default driver settings. (and worse performance when settings turned up)
