doom 3 my problem

I` m at the alfa lab 4 section 4 and i don`t know what to do. I start some moving ramp`s and i can`t clim up to a bidge what is moving around i am stuck there plese help

If you're talking about the part where the bridge rotates around in a circle I had the same problem. I just went back to a previous save and chose the other option and the a bridge should appear in front of you to cross. Oh yeah, that part also has one of the most messed up, freakiest scenes in it with that invisible girl.
