After I DL them, do I have to activate them or anything? Like install them, or do I just download and restart and start playing UT2003?

Basically,
For any computer with an AMD processor you must ensure that the first set of drivers you install on a system is your motherboard chipset drivers...
In most cases, probably 99.9% of the time, you can install the reference drivers from the chipset, not motherboard, manufacturer.
If your still having trouble initiating AGP/Fast Writes/Sideband-Addressing... blah!...blah!...blah!, then i recommend you visit this page which allows you to download the very latest AMD64 reference 4-in-1 drivers, which contain:
*) IDE Bus Mastering drivers
*) AGP Driver
*) *.inf* updates
VIA Technologies VIA chipset 4-in-1's for 32-bit and 64-bit systems

YAY! 8X AGP NOW
One more thing, do I need to enable fast write in my bios? I almost did after reading something about that, but I wanted to ask so I wouldnt screw anything up.

Doesn't matter. On or OFf you perform about the same... I have an article on it somewhere... Can't find it, basically it says that it doesn't really matter much either way anymore. A lot of people like off so i would run them with off(mostly stablility and overclockers, I use on, but its only like .3 fps either way and it varies from game to game, use off)

Hi guys, first time poster here.
Since you helped blueviper42 so well, and I didn't want to start a whole new topic, I was wondering if you could give me a little help with the same problem but a different mobo.
I use the Albatron KM18G Pro motherboard, and my graphics card is a Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb. If you need any other info just ask. I have the latest Catalyst drivers installed, I can tell you that much.
I guess I need to do the same stuff as blueviper42, but I'm not sure what exactly to download, nor where to download it. Any help would be much appreciated.

no need to update the bios if everything works perfectly fine.
dont fix something that aint broken.
you can f**k up your whole system if you screw up the bios update, so if your totally new to this then do some heavy research on the subject or let someone help you.
