Anyone succeded using Doom3 coop mod?

Downloaded gamers hell coop mod, but can't make it work :S

I Create the MP Server, Deathmatch, choose map, everything goes OK, but when clients join the server, they experience 1 fps 300ms ping and my game server finally crashes.

Is there any option I should change, or this 2kb mod is just a Beta?

the mod is a beta but when i tested it with a friend we had no probs once we started playing.
we don't have a solution for this problem...but I check around why and...why

i got same error...when client join 3.2.1 go and host crashed
