its 1.41lbs it is an excellent cooler, quiet, and very powerful, however a lot of people can't fix it in their case and need to do some case modding to get it to work. So check the measurements
8.6cmx8cmx13.9cm thats
3.39inx3.15inx5.48 so check.
Its an EXCELLENT cooler, it doesn't get better then this, so measure to check the space about 3.5 inch block thats 5.5 inch high, and if it fits and you have the money, buy it.

The thing weighs as heavy as crap. Also note, you have to COMPLETELY remove your motherboard from your case in order to install the heatsink/fan combo. Id recommend the Zalman quiet fan copper series. Its kick ass.

Yeh, the zalman which kam and fycus reommended is very good also, its nearly as quiet, nearly as powerful, cheaper, and much easier to install. If i had to pick one I would go for the zalman, just because of the installing, size, and maintainance factor.
