or do i? this is my question, i recently ordered a spankin new X800 pro, now i'm not lookin for everyones opinions on what cards are better than this one etc bla bla, what i am looking for is some info. i have a 250 watt power supply will this be enough to run an X800 without any probs? or am i gonna need to invest in a new heavy duty one? the card should be here 2morrow and i really dont want it to be sat around that long without a nice home to get slotted into :thumbup:

I didn't had a chance to try it
 But i don't believe it'll be enough, if you can afford that card you should be able to buy a GOOD power supply. So you better run now...or rather in the morning

WOW, I never had a power supply under 350 and 450 is my current...i didn't even know there were 200 out there

My pentium3, 860mhz, coppermine, 256k cache, 133fsb, 256meg ram, Geforce4 MX420, runs fine off a 188.

i would get at least a a 400 watt ps
if i recall the x800 needs a external power connection plus if you over watt your rig anyway you'll have no worries unless you like power sinks

x800 needs no extra power connector(or does it need one into the card? im not sure)
x800 can run off a 300watt though.
