Doom 3 CoOp troubles

Looking for some help with Doom 3 Co Op mod. Having a few different problems.
1. I am able to get a server up and running but when my friend tries to join it boots me out.
2. One of my friends is unable to see a game loaded by my self or my other friend.
3. I am unable to see an game loaded by either one of my friends.

To to make sure we loaded the Doom 3 CoOp mod correctly. I opened it and dropped it in the "Doom3/Base" folder. Is that correct?

Please help.

That sucks. The should have just added it to the main release.

Hey.. Calm down little buddy. I just stated my opinion. I am not saying ID sucks or anything like that. I completely enjoy the game as it is. I just want to see some things added like most other people. I realize the have other major issue other than CoOp. Will just have to wait and see if someone fixes it. Thanks for you first post and if you find out wtfs going on please let me know.
