need some advice over a cooling system which is better 1.cooler master 2.artic 3.ThermalTake A1745 Extreme Volcano 12 Highest Performance Cooler[has a good review i have never heard of this]  4.GALAXY GLACIER's Cooling System pls help! :Oo:

Post something more bout the Cooler Master and arctic, they make many diffrent coolers.
Tt Volcano is good, but rather noisy, some people dislike it very much. Dunno bout the Glacier tho

i just bought the arctic silencer 64, its pretty nice if ya got a amd, mainly because its only 10 bucks

for what? for CPU? Graca? RAMs?.....Why not just get a water cooler....just don't put water into it

my system is cooled by a huge table fan.
this table fan lets me run my xp1700 at 2250mhz (1.75 on the vcore) with a load temp of 55c. my cpu cooler (which sucks) is an old taisol made for thunderbirds up to 1.4 so its the table fan that is doing all the work i cant imagen how high i would be able to go with a sweet cpu cooler combined with this table fan, alot higher though, thats for sure. at the same clocks/vcore and without the table fan i would get around 80c when idling, so it was an awesome investment, abit loud but the system was loud before so i dont mind. i also get nice cool air on me while sitting at the system, its awesome :thumbup: more table fans for the people |

Best cpu cooler is the Zalman CNPS7000B-Cu. It has decreased in overall weight compared to the other zalman copper coolers. It works with AMD and Intel, and it cools extremely well. Dont get the thermaltake silenttower. It cools okay, but you have to completely remove your motherboard, and you have to buy the 2nd optional fan if you actually want it to cool. Also, the silenttower is one big mofo, it barely fits on most standard cases.
