I am getting another stick of 512MB PC 3200 RAM to go along with the one I already have either the end of this week or sometime next week, and I was wondering if after I install it, do I have to do anything with the bios? Like to make it run dual channel or anything. Im not sure if my mobo supports dual channel, its an Aopen K8T800.

For most people the BIOS defaults will work straight away.
Just install the stick and boot up. If you have any problems go to the BIOS and ensure your RAM timings are set to detect 'By SPD', which means your BIOS will probe for the timing data off the chip or something. Unless of course you know the timings and therefore you can enter them manually. |
