I need help on 2 parts in TOS and just need some advice on disgaea

Well In TOS i am at Kvar but i screwed up on picking my Team I have Lloyd, Genis, And Kratos Nad i got the other part and in Disgaea i can't seem to win with the senetors and im not strong enough to fight em yet help me pleaser
