You can download game cam v1.2 at Planet GameCam

I don't know if you specificly wanted v1.1, but this will do the job just as good if not better.

problem is that you can't record in game sounds (unless with fddling with your sound setting and such) in GC1.2 while 1.1 does it all right out of the box

But there is a freebie GC lite or so...never really tried it but once by release...can't remember what it does thou...
