ANYONE HERE HAVE GREAT NETWORK EXPERIENCE?

MY SYSTEMS HANGS FOR ABOUT ONE MINUTE AFTER START UP, SINCE I PUT IN A NEW ABIT MOBO (A17).
IT DOES THIS IF i TRY TO CLICK ON MY INTERENT CONNECTION ICON (TOO LOG ON MY ISP ACCOUNT) OR IF i CLICK ON SYSTEM ICON IN CONTROL PANEL.
IT HAS ONLY DONE THIS SINCE I PUT IN MY NEW MOBO MY LAST MOTHERBOARD DIDNT DO THIS CAN ANYONE START OFF HELPING ME.
PS IT DOES NOT HANG IF I SET THE CONNECTION MANUALLY TO START INTERNET WHEN WINDOWS (XP PRO) BOOTS UP , ONLY IF I TRY TO CONNECT MYSELF.

I think your problem ist the Capslock!

On a more serious note: Maybe your IP is set to automatic, and windows has some problems to give you one.
Try to set a static IP like 168.96.9.1
Maybe that should do it.

Get a SOYO Dragon plus 2 MOBO buddy.

Pentium 4 3.0 with ht
512 DDR 400 ram
ATI 9800 pro
And SOYO Dragon mobo with 865 PE chipset.
